All sales are final. LVG does not accept any returns or exchanges unless the purchased item is faulty or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item for the return procedure. We do not accept any return of merchandise without notice.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurred during transportation. If your return qualifies for a refund, the refund will not include shipping and handling charges.

After inspecting the returned product, we will contact you to let you know if you are entitled to a refund or an exchange.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, according to the original payment method within 7 days. Shipping and handling charges already paid are non-refundable. It may take up to 15 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship a new item to you at the original shipping address within 10 days of inspection of the returned product .
