Products and services
The essential characteristics of the products, services and their respective prices are made available to the purchaser on La Vieille Garde’s website, as well as, where applicable, the method of use of the product.
La Vieille Garde undertakes to honor the Customer’s order within the limit of stocks of available products only. Otherwise, the Customer will be informed; if the order has been placed, and in the absence of agreement with the Customer on a new delivery date, LVG will refund the customer.
The products remain the property of the Company until full payment.
Price
The prices of products sold through the La Vieille Garde website are indicated in Canadian dollars excluding taxes and shipping costs and are indicated on the product description pages. The calculation of taxes and shipping costs is done when the delivery details are entered during the pre-confirmation order. La Vieille Garde reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without notice, while guaranteeing the application of the price indicated at the time of the order. For all products shipped outside Quebec, taxes specific to the destination province are automatically calculated during payment.
Terms of delivery
Our products on the website are shipped within Canada only. For international orders, please contact La Vieille Garde directly. The products are shipped to the delivery address that was indicated when ordering. Delivery times vary from 2 to 15 days depending on the delivery location and product availability. When the Customer takes physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to him.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer can make the payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card via our integrated secure platform Stripe or by Paypal to which you will be redirected to complete the payment. Once the payment has been initiated by the Customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verifying the information. By providing their banking information during the sale, the Customer authorizes La Vieille Garde to debit their card for the amount relating to the price indicated. The Customer confirms that he is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he is legally entitled to use it. In the event of an error, or in the event that it is impossible to debit the card, the sale is immediately terminated as of right and the order canceled.
Intellectual property
The brand, domain name, products, images, videos, texts or more generally any information displayed on the La Vieille Garde website remain its exclusive property. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited.
